RD 531 is a heavy-duty environmentally friendly tungsten carbide cleaner used in ultrasonic cleaning equipment, which is excellent for removal of machining oils, polishing, and lapping compounds.
Our solution was specially formulated for use on carbide cutting tools and pretreatment for PVD coating, preventing cobalt leaching, and improving coating applications, but also can be used in a wide variety of metals and processes

How To Use:
Note: Verify that your part is compatible with the chemistry in an ultrasonic cleaning application before using.
- Determine the volume of the tank before diluting (See Dilution Instructions)
- Add the chemistry to your bath to make up the solution
- Use in regards to how much cleaning is needed
Dilution Instructions:
Note: Operating temperatures are between 120-170 degrees Fahrenheit
- Light-Duty Soil Removal: Mix RD 531 at 3%-5% with water
- Heavy-Duty Soil Removal: Mix RD 531 at 8%-12% with water
